The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is a medically designed protocol that promotes weight loss while sparing muscle mass. Dr. Tran Tien Chanh, MD, PhD, developed the weight loss method in France over 20 years ago.
The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is a 4-Phase method that encourages pancreas and blood sugar stabilization while burning fat and maintaining muscle and other lean tissue.
Our office offers complimentary weekly consultations to ensure that you are on protocol safely and to help troubleshoot any issues throughout your weight loss journey. Initial consultations are approximately 60 minutes in length and follow-up consultations are approximately 20 – 30 minutes. During these visits we ask a range of questions of how your week went, a weekly weigh in, weekly measurements, and to restock your supply of Ideal Protein foods.
